The North Central Washington Association of Realtors hosted its annual awards banquet, recognizing members and affiliates for professional achievement and service to the industry.

Brandon Long of Windermere/NCW was named Rookie Realtor of the Year. Sharon Crockett of Prime Lending received the Individual Affiliate Award, and Pioneer Title Company was recognized as Affiliate Firm of the Year.

Cynthia Beranidez of Re/MAX Advantage earned Support Staff Person of the Year honors. Kristen Bryant of Coldwell Banker Cascade received the Realtor Achievement Award.

Carole Keane, also of Coldwell Banker Cascade, was inducted into the association’s Hall of Fame for more than 20 years in the industry. Sydney Groen, outgoing NCWAR president with Keller Williams NCW, was selected as Realtor of the Year.

In addition to the awards, the association reported that this year’s Dessert Dash fundraiser generated $7,377 to support Serve Wenatchee’s Rental Assistance Program.
