Cashmere Mill District welcomes 2 new businesses

Governor Jay Inslee was the keynote speaker at the grand opening of the county's newest businesses, Monday, September 16 at the old Cashmere Mill District site. Blue Spirits Distilling, LLC and Hurst International, LLC were officially lauded by the Port of Chelan for taking up residency at the former highly toxic site, turned into a multi-million dollar business park. "I have the best job in the state besides Russell Wilson (Seahawks quarterback)," he joked.
