Community forum scheduled to meet Wenatchee High School Athletic & Activities Director finalists

WENATCHEE — The Wenatchee School District will host a community forum next week for residents to meet the three finalists for the Wenatchee High School Athletic & Activities Director position.

The forum will take place Thursday, April 24, at 7:00 p.m. in the Wenatchee High School Commons. Attendees will have an opportunity to hear from each candidate and provide feedback to district officials. The names of the finalists will be announced at the beginning of the forum.

The Athletic & Activities Director role is transitioning from a part-time to a full-time position. The vacancy was created when current Athletic Director Eric Anderson, who also serves as Wenatchee High School Principal, was promoted to a district cabinet-level position.

The district is simultaneously conducting a search for a new principal for Wenatchee High School.
