Branch:  This is the 2nd Numerica branch in the Wenatchee Valley and will be replacing the current Wenatchee branch on Emerson Ave. The full-service ATM on Emerson Ave. will remain available for member convenience.

Why
The concept is more neighborhood coffee shop and less banking.  The colors, use of light and glass, and open floor plan are designed to make the branch comfortable, efficient, and welcoming. Members can come in, have a free cup of coffee and snack and/or meet with staff to address their financial needs.  And though the lobby is open, we have private office space (hoteling areas), that provide for private interactions so that members’ financial data is not compromised while meeting with Numerica staff.
The new branch also provides room for our fast-growing home loan and business services teams, allowing them to better serve our members. In addition, the member service center staff from the Entiat location will relocate to this branch. Included in the design is a training room, making it more convenient for our Wenatchee area staff to learn and grow.
