The popular Entiat Kite Festival was held last month and despite the chilly weather - at least there was wind. Businesses in Entiat are always looking for ways to stop traffic on busy Highway 97A and enrich the economy while providing family fun. Entiat Chamber of Commerce President Alan Moen said he wanted people driving to Chelan to think of Entiat as more than "just a place to get gas." Gary Bégin/WBJ
